Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before your order ships. Approved cancellations are subject to a small transaction fee (2.8% + 0.30) to cover payment processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our products with a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Found an issue? Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us right away so we can resolve it promptly.
