Which Boosters Should I Pick?

There are different boosters for different environment. For instances, if you drive a truck then we highly suggest a Truck Boosters kit. The difference in kits and features can be found in the product's description. If you need help deciding on a kit please don't hesitate to contact us!

How does it work?

1. Outside Antenna picks up a signal from nearest signal tower 

2. The Booster inside increases the signal strength multiple times and then sends it to the indoor antenna 

3. Indoor Antenna sends out the amplified signal to nearby devices, resulting in strong cellular signal strength AKA. (Signal Bar increase) 

Will this work with my Cell Phone or Service Provider?

Boosters will work with any cell phones that are compatiable with 3g, 4g, and 5g. If you own any smart phone or a flip phone the booster will work.

 

The booster is compatiable with all major Canadian Service Provider including: Bell, Telus, and Rogers. 

Yagi vs Omni Antennas what's the difference?

Yagi Antennas are directional antennas meaning it is specifically made to receive signals in one specific direction

Omni Antennas receive signals from all direction. 360 degrees. 

What is dB and its significance?

dB or decibels is the unit used to measure signal strength. 100dB gain means that the signal is amplified up to 100db. Basically increase the strength of the signal.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping time:

British Colombia : 1- 3 Business days

Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan : 1- 4 Business days

Ontario, Quebec : 5 - 10 Business Days

Other : 10 - 20 Business Days

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping to all boosters.

Any orders $100 or over will be free within Alberta and Saskatchewan. For orders under $100 within the two provinces, there will be a flat fee of $12.99.

Oversized Accessories

Typically, antennas over 47 inches will be considered "oversized" and an oversized fee will be applied.

Where do we ship from?

We ship from Calgary, Alberta Canada!

Do you ship to the USA?

We only ship within Canada. These boosters only work for Canadian service providers. As for the accessories and antennas, perhaps in the future!

When will my product be shipped?

Orders placed before 3pm MDT (UTC -6) Monday to Friday will have the orders shipped the day of. However, we can't guarantee this. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days assuming no complications.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. We ship with Purolator or Canada Post. You will be notified. 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Debit Card. W We also accept payment PayPal. If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to PayPal's website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Why has my order been cancelled or refunded

We typically only cancel / refund orders if there’s a problem with payments such as the billing address not matching with the default credit card billing address. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to pay for shipping back to us.  

To start a return, you can contact us so we can provide an RMA (Return Merchandise authorization).  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
